Fastest way to lose weight

Hey there, if you have a very limited period of time to reduce your weight like an event is close by and you want to lose a lot of body mass, then you’ve come to the right place. Many people will laugh at the mere thought of the idea of losing weight this fast but not me. I can guarantee you that following the routine described in this post; you can achieve any goal in weight loss even as ridiculously unbelievable and complex as 6 kg in a month or 4 kg in 3 weeks.

But what you need to know before you start this routine, this program needs your full dedication, even a single lapse in the routine for a day or two can you days behind your schedule. Now not to further bore you with the theoretical details, lets get to business.

Getting started


After discussing a lot on the subject with different physicians, physiotherapists and sportsmen, I have come to a conclusion. To understand and follow the routine, two steps must be followed.

  1. BMI
  2. Exercises and diet

Step 1

Now that you’ve completely understood what BMI and calorie count is, lets move on to step 2.

Step 2

Yes, I know, you have read and heard these terms over and over and over again. I’ll be honest with you, most of them are not even practical. Not even attainable. But what you are going to experience in this article is going to be legendary. And you’re seriously going to feel something new, you’ll feel the adrenaline pumping. Okay here we go.

  • Have an inspiration of some sort. As in someone inspires you to lose weight.
  • Set mini goals, like you have to lose 2 kg this week, and you absolutely have to sacrifice your days and nights, your heavy oily meals along with many other things.
  • Never love your body, instead hate it. The day you start praising your weight loss and your shaping body, that is the day you make the biggest mistake in the weight loss. The more the pain and the disappointment , the more the gain.

The Routine

To start off this routine, you have to measure every single thing you put in your mouth in terms of calories. I’d say that a meal of 1200 calories is an ideal one for this routine. Google up even the little things you’re going to eat in terms of the calorie count.

A very important tip on how to not gain weight is, after you take a meal, never rest, just stand up and start walking on a slight pace for about 20 – 25 minutes. This will speed up your metabolism. Especially after the night’s meal, never go right to bead after the meal. A mere 40 steps of walk can serve the purpose.

Determination is the key, you will have to manure your routine several times because many a times, you can not avoid a meal. But you have the opportunity of balancing the calorie count for the day by eating less the rest of the day.

So to sum up theses brief facts, you have to consume 1200-1500 calories per day, not more than that, and along with the diet, an exercise is necessary. By following this diet routine and lets say burning 400 calories per day will get you to the following result:

BMI (lets say) =          2500

Calories consumed =  1400

Calories burnt =            400

Calorie loss per day = BMI – ( calories consumed – calories burnt )

So according to this formula, you lose 1500 calories per day, that will make you to lose 7500 calories in 5 days, meaning thereby losing 2 pounds in 5 days. Yeah I know its that easy.
